Excerpt from the biography of
SILO RAM BALDY
b. 1747 - d. ?

Mystic Inventor Astronomer

Born in 1747, Silo was educated in the mystic arts by Count Saint-Germain
until he was 27 when he left for America.  In 1774, it is believed that he
completed the invention his secretive followers are most reluctant to credit to him: an early version of the microdot.

Legend holds that one of Silo's microdots was imbedded into the Declaration of Independence within the dot above a letter 'i'.  The microdot, his followers contend, contains a secret prophecy about the end of the world.  This biography reveals for the first time to the public the content of that prophecy.

The world will end in a big bang caused by an anti-matter experiment
that goes horribly wrong.  The only >i< person who can prevent this is named
Sydney.

When asked to offer proof that Silo Ram Baldy is still alive, the followers would only comment that he bears a striking resemblance to Dick Clark.
